Jeffrey Wasik is a graduate student at the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music. He is a native to the Bay Area and began studying bassoon at Las Positas College at the age of 20. He received his Bachelors degree from Long Beach State University, and studies with Michele Grego of the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Jeffrey currently performs with the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, University Wind Quintet, Cal State Fullerton Symphony Orchestra, and subs with the American Youth Symphony and Santa Monica Symphony. In addition to his studies at the Bob Cole Conservatory, Jeffrey has attended Hidden Valley Music and studied with Judith LeClair of the New York Philharmonic, and has studied contrabassoon with Patricia Kindel. He currently serves on faculty at Long Beach City College.
